Rental Procedures & Policy
Rental orders should be placed at least 1-2 weeks before your event to ensure availability. A minimum deposit is due to secure your booking by debit, credit, or cash, or via e-transfer. A Rental Agreement will also be provided for your review. Your items will be packaged and ready for pick up or delivery on the Thursday or Friday prior to your event.
Payment of the final balance is due at the latest two days before the event. In addition, a pre-authorized security hold on a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card based on the value of your rental will be taken.
All returns must occur on the following Monday between 9:00am to 3:30pm (excluding holiday Mondays, returns move to Tuesday). Your security hold will be released once a count and/or inspection of the rental items occurs with you when you return the items.
